Rana Hospital believes in helping its patients as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.

 

For Cancellation of Appointment

Patient can request for cancellation of appointment up till 2 hours before the actual appointment by intimating by a call/ sms with the complete transaction ID and requesting for cancellation number.

Refund against the cancelled appointment would be initiated at the earliest and definitely by end of next working day and the refunded amount should reflect with the patient by the end of 3 to 5 working days of the banking system.
